The Lydia Blouse is designed in a custom embroidered cotton fabrication with lace details throughout. The scalloped collar ends in a tassel tie and leads to a buttons down the center front. The voluminous sleeve ends in an elastic bottom with scalloped ruffle detail. Loose fit throughout and fully lined.
