RETURNS:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), scuffs, tears, snags and mysterious smells items for store credit (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days after the date of receiving your package (package must be dated in order to accept return).
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.
Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund to store credit if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
Gift Cards, Jewelry/Accessories, Swim, Intimates, Socks, and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
